Refund and Returns Policy

At GoSky Styles, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Unwashed and with all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

Items not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

To start a return, please contact us at support@goskystyles.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@goskystyles.com within 3 days of delivery. Attach a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
